Maybe today is the day to... (New year edition)

drink it up - in a good way. There's no need for artificially sweetened drinks or those loaded with sugar. Unlike chocolate and cheese, which are also full of calories, they don't fill you up at all - I also rarely drink fruit juices, unless fresh pressed, for this reason. Switching to herbal teas or water spiked with lemon, lime, cucumber or peppermint will be one of the best decisions you ever make - and your body will thank you!
