Maybe today is the day to... (New year edition)

make supper from the things you have in your fridge and kitchen shelves (unless all you have is cold champagne:) ). There are probably some eggs, vegetables, butter, cheese and rice, so you can make so many things - from fritattas to risottos to vegetarian chilis. Cooking with what you've got can be quite a fun challenge and will eventually make you a better cook - because you have to use your imagination and intuition and make decisions about things that may or may not work. I used to be quite a bad cook, but I guess the more you do it, the better you get at it! Good luck and have a great supper!
